Access during the set-up and dismantling period
Access to the exhibition grounds during the set-up and dismantling period (delivery or collection) is only possible by registering and booking a chargeable loading zone in the VisiFair booking portal and with a personalized, free set-up and dismantling pass.
During the trade fair
As an exhibitor, you can purchase a parking permit in the Exhibitor Shop to park directly in front of the hall during the trade fair. In addition to the parking permit, you will also need a valid ticket to enter the exhibition grounds.

To ensure that traffic on the exhibition grounds runs as smoothly as possible, please observe all applicable entry and security regulations in the Traffic Guide.

All persons must register free of charge in advance via our ticket shop for the set-up and dismantling period.

Booking portal VisiFair for exhibitors and suppliers
Entry to the exhibition grounds for set-up and dismantling is only possible with registration and booking of a loading zone.
Costs: 7.50 Euro per 30 minutes
The VisiFair booking portal will open on July 1, 2025.
How to book a loading zone for SCCON 2025
VisiFair, our space management system, provides bookable loading zones at the desired time for faster, efficient delivery and collection - reliably at the desired location.
Registration and booking of a loading zone:
- The loading zone booking is done via the following link: Booking portal VisiFair
- On this page you must first "register". After that you can "log in".
- Before you can book a loading zone, you must register for the event under "upcoming events".
- After you have registered for the event, you can book a time slot on a loading zone under "registered event".
Loading zones
- Vehicle access during assembly and disassembly procedures are only permitted if a loading zone has been booked in advance
(access during the actual trade fair is subject to a cash deposit) - The service fee for the loading zone booking is 7.50 Euro per 30 minutes
